The York County HOME-ARP program is funded through the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with $3,070,455 in American Rescue Plan Act funds. This one-time funding is available to the County until 2030.
The purpose of the HOME-ARP program is to provide funding for non-profit organizations who wish to provide eligible supportive services. Provision of services is limited to program defined qualifying populations in York County: homeless persons, persons at-risk-of homelessness, and individuals or families who are fleeing, or attempting to flee: domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking.
The County’s program is guided by the York County HOME-ARP Allocation Plan.
Applications for funding are available at www.ycpc.org/637/HOME-ARP. Completed applications are due no later than 4:00 PM on March 13, 2024, and are to be submitted to email@example.com.
