The proposed 2021-2022-2023 Three Year Project Plan is available for review. The plan includes activities for funding under the York County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs, administered by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The purpose of the plan is to have a list of qualified activities ready for consideration each year when HUD releases the annual allocations for the programs. The activities are drawn from the Three Year Plan and compiled into an Annual Action Plan (AAP). Each year, the APP is advertised for public comment and a public hearing is held. Every AAP is submitted to the County Commissioners for review and approval at a public meeting.
The first AAP under this proposed Three Year Project Plan is the 2021 Annual Action Plan. This was advertised for public comment on March 29, 2021, and the public hearing was held on April 13, 2021.
The 2021-2022-2023 Three Year Project Plan and Attachment B, as well as the presentation of the public hearing for both the Three Year Project Plan and the 2021 AAP, are available for viewing.
