York County Comprehensive Plan Amendment Approved
On December 16, 2020, the York County Board of Commissioners approved an amendment to the York County Comprehensive Plan. The amendment includes a complete update to the Housing and Community Development Plan component and adds a new Economic Action Plan. Review these plans to learn about initiatives to meet the housing, community development, and economic needs of the County.
The amendment also deletes the Resource Components of the Comprehensive Plan (Community Facilities, Environmental Resources Inventory, Growth Trends, & Natural Areas Inventory). With the exception of Growth Trends, these reports will now be available as Background Documents.
