Congestion Management Process (CMP) (PDF)

The Congestion Management Process (CMP) provides a formal process by which traffic data will be collected and analyzed to evaluate congestion on York County roadway corridors, intersections, entrance/exit ramps, and transit routes. The results of this process are released in YCPC’s Annual Report on Congestion.

Coordinated Public Transit Plan (PDF)

A coordinated public transit-human service transportation plan identifies the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities, older adults, and people with low incomes, and provides strategies for meeting those local needs and prioritizes transportation services for funding and implementation.

Flooded Roadway Studies

The Flooded Roadway Study identifies roadways in York County that close due to flooding events. The goal for this study is to act as an aid for identifying locations that should have additional goals of flood-proofing or flood resiliency.
