Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals (UCCBOA)
The York County Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals (UCCBOA) was created by the York County Board of Commissioners and became effective in April 2004. Members are appointed by the York County Board of Commissioners and represent specific trades and professions related to building construction. The UCCBOA hears appeals filed for relief from the provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code. The UCCBOA only hears cases from municipalities that are members of the County UCCBOA.
Meetings are conducted on an as-needed basis. If needed, they will follow the schedule below:
4th Monday of every month as needed
