York County Stormwater Consortium (YCSWC)

Overview

The York County Stormwater Consortium (YCSWC) is a partnership of 46 municipalities working together, through an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement, to implement the York County Regional Chesapeake Bay Pollutant Reduction Plan (CBPRP).

Two committees govern the YCSWC:

The Management Committee administers the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and making recommendations to the Regional Committee regarding changes to the Regional CBPRP and requests for funding; reviewing and authorizing payment of invoices; and overseeing funded BMP projects.

The Regional Committee is the final decision-making body and acts upon recommendations from the Management Committee.

  • Located at York County Emergency Services Center, 120 Davies Dr., York, PA  17402

Management Committee Meetings

  • 8:00 AM or 10:00 AM
  • Meets Monthly unless otherwise listed in the Calendar
  • Location alternates between York County Emergency Services Center, 120 Davies Dr, York, PA  17402 and York Township Municipal Building, 190 Oak Rd., Dallastown, PA
