Homebuyer Assistance Program

The Housing Division provides assistance with down payment and upfront closing costs is available for income-eligible first-time homebuyers in York City and York County through the York Homebuyer Assistance Program. This program is currently administered through the Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership's (LHOP) York Housing Opportunity Center, who provides the eligibility screening and other requirements for the York County Planning Commission (YCPC).
